Actor and comedian Kevin Hart told his 73.9 million Instagram followers that he will take his dietary habits “up a notch” by ditching meat and animal by-products.
Hart announced on Instagram story that he will start eating better by adopting a plant-based diet.
“I’m going to start eating better,” he said on Instagram story. “I already eat good but now I’m going to get on this plant-based food kick.”
In a question and answer portion with this fans on Twitter, Brand confirmed that even though he love animals, what really “nudged” him back to veganism are the meat and dairy lobbyists in What the Health.
Aside from Russell Brand, choreographer and TV star Bruno Tonioli adopted a plant-based diet after less meat consumption improved his health.
“I’ve been reading so much on the benefits of a plant-based diet and I have cut down on eating meat and feel so much better,” Tonioli wrote on Twitter.
“I am going to try going vegan for a month. Has anyone tried it? Any advice? #vegan #plantbased”.
Meat-loving record producer and TV personality Simon Cowell also adopted a plant-based diet ahead of his 60th birthday to improve his health.
In an interview with The Sun, he admitted that he already stopped eating meat and dairy and even wheat and sugar for better health. He will also eliminate fish soon, while cigarettes and beer are for special occasions only.
He added that his new diet made him even more handsome, saying: “I was an eight [out of 10] and now I’ve gone to an 11.”
